BAH! ...well, this length between updates in the Padded Cell seem to get longer than I usually plan on them being...truth be told, there's been a lot on my plate this year so far, and I haven't been able to sit down and just focus on reviews and interview questions to send people, let alone come up with something brilliant for an article or something. But, though things are far from settling back to semi-stable (as stable as they get with me, anyway), I've found some time to pound out a handful of reviews. They're not as many as I would have hoped, and I have approximately a butt-ton of albums sitting in my que on the Nex Nocturnum, but at least it's something, eh? BLOODGOOD - The Collection CORPSE - From The Grave ETHEREAL SCOURGE - Judgement & Restoration SYMPATHY - Abyssal Throne SYNNOVE - Synnove ULTIMATUM - Into The Pit VENGEANCE RISING - Anthology ...and I should also point out that, due to a massively destructive crash at the Therapy Patient message board, where I usually post all of my movie reviews, all the files were corrupted, and we needed to rebuild from scratch. Which means, although I backed up a lot of those reviews, there are still literally over a hundred reviews that I didn't back up, and are lost forever. So, I've started posting those movie reviews at the Padded Cell, as well as slowly building 'em back up at the Therapy Patient board, as well as the book reviews. Not much now, but it's a start... ...and one last thing- I'm starting to get back to the interviews, but it's slow going with things being so busy, as I like to think of some good questions to ask beyond the standard "What do you do", "How do you do it", and "What's your favorite McNugget dip". Mine's the standard BBQ, by the way. Hopefully, I'll get back into the swing of that soon... ...in the meantime, enjoy the pitiful offering I give you, my wonderful freaks... ::END TRANSMISSION:: |
